Travel & Stay

Getting Here

Fly nonstop into Mexico City International (MEX).

  • From LA: Aeroméxico, Delta, American, Volaris, and Viva Aerobus all fly direct, in under four hours.

  • From New York: Aeroméxico, Delta, American, and Viva Aerobus fly nonstop from JFK, and United and Aeroméxico from Newark, in about five and a half hours.

We'd love for you to arrive Wednesday, April 28th and stay through Sunday, May 2nd. The welcome party is Thursday the 29th, and the wedding is Friday the 30th. A morning flight on Wednesday means you land with the afternoon ahead of you.

Book your return flight early. May 1st is Mexican holiday, so that weekend might be busy.

Arrive a Day Early

Mexico City sits at 7,350 feet, and most people feel it for the first day or two: a little winded on stairs, a headache, a restless first night, and drinks that hit noticeably harder. It passes, but you don't want the wedding to be your second day here.

  • Drink more water than you think you need, starting the day before you travel.

  • Go easy on drinks the first night.

  • Eat regular meals and take it slow on arrival day.

  • Wear sunscreen, since the sun is stronger at altitude.

If you have a heart or lung condition, are pregnant, or have had altitude sickness before, check with your doctor before you travel. If symptoms are severe or getting worse, please don't tough it out. Let us know and we'll help you get seen.

Where to Stay

We've reserved a room block at Hotel Condesa DF, a small boutique hotel in the heart of Condesa. All shuttles depart from here, so we recommend staying here.

Included: continental breakfast (not valid for room service), Wi-Fi, VIP welcome amenities, and an exclusive concierge for our group.

Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM

To book: Email Wendy at wbanderas@grupohabita.mx and mention the Danielle & Daniel Wedding. Having trouble? Email hello@ottiverde.com.

Payment: A 50% deposit confirms your reservation, and the balance is due one month before arrival. Pay by bank transfer (USD or MXN) or by card through the hotel's payment link (MXN).

This is where we'll be, and where we'd love you to stay. A boutique hotel in Condesa with only 40 rooms, which is part of what makes it feel like ours for the weekend. Leafy street, great rooftop, walking distance to the neighborhood's best food.

Because it's small, rooms will go quickly. Book as early as you can.
